Can I print or embroider my text?+
Yes. Choose Print or Embroidery in the text options. Text embroidery is 99¢, and the first print on each piece is free. Shipping is added separately for your destination.
Can I upload my own design?+
Yes. Upload an image in My artwork, preview it and optionally remove the background. Add it to the garment, then move and resize it within the available print area. Keep designing with text and illustrations too. Artwork is saved in this browser; final print quality and placement are checked before production.
Where does the little icon go?+
You choose. On clothing, add up to 5 printed icons on the front and 5 on the back, plus 1 per sleeve. Select any icon to move, resize or tilt it independently inside the guide. Fine-tune print size up to 18 inches where the area permits; sleeves have smaller limits. Final seam clearance and placement are checked on the supplier proof.
Will the embroidery look exactly like my screen?+
The preview helps you choose. Thread texture, fabric and screen colours can make the final piece look a little different. Icons are still full-colour prints. Names are checked and digitized into stitch files before production; campaign images are concepts until samples are approved.
How long will my piece take to arrive?+
We are confirming production and tracked delivery times with our new supplier. The final estimate for your destination will be shown before checkout opens.
Can I place an order now?+
Create your design, review every side and continue from your bag to secure Stripe checkout. We save the exact garment, text, artwork and placements with your order. Production begins after artwork review. Pieces and destinations without a confirmed price require a quote before payment.
