Your personal-world name, font, design choices and bag are saved in your browser. Uploading an image in the studio initially saves it privately in your browser. Clearing this site’s browser data removes those local choices.

When you start checkout

After you review your design and continue to checkout, we save a private order copy with its text, font, colours, garment size, artwork, crop bounds and placements. Customer-uploaded images and the source artwork needed to reproduce that order are stored privately with Vercel. These files are used to prepare the order, review artwork, provide support and keep transaction records. They are not added to a public illustration library.

Stripe hosts the payment page and collects payment details, contact information and your delivery address. Our website does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. Verified Stripe notifications update the order’s payment, refund or dispute status. The store owner can access the order and delivery details for fulfilment and support. Supplier production is reviewed separately; the website does not automatically place a supplier order.

Customer accounts use Neon Auth to email a sign-in code and verify control of your email address. Neon stores account and session information. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in; we do not ask you to create a password. Orders are matched to your verified checkout email. Your account shows purchased design details, delivery information, fulfilment updates and order-help requests. Only you and authorised store staff can access your private order information through this service. Sign out on shared devices. The separate creator programme is not enabled on this live website.

For fulfilment, the owner can export a supplier production pack and a separate 3PL delivery sheet. Production files contain the garment and design instructions; the shipping sheet contains the delivery name, address and available contact details needed to fulfil the order. Shareable downloads must be handled privately by the owner and the selected fulfilment partner. Carrier tracking links open the carrier’s or tracking provider’s website, which has its own privacy practices.

Neon, Vercel and Stripe process technical information to deliver and secure their services. Stripe may group guest transactions for payment support and fraud prevention. No advertising tracker or newsletter service is connected by this checkout integration. Contact admin@born2flex.com about access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions; requests concerning transaction records may require identity confirmation and consideration of records we need to retain.

Separate local creator prototype

The following notice applies to accounts and uploads made on the local prototype, not to the live guest checkout.

We use your account email, public creator name, uploaded artwork, permission/age confirmations, submission and review history, technical security information, and eligible order/reward references to provide creator accounts, review and display designs, administer store credit, prevent fraud, and address rights reports. We do not publish your account email or require your home address for ordinary sticker attribution.

If you sell designs, we also keep your shop name and bio (shown publicly with your handle), the designs and prices you publish, the sales and profit linked to them, and the payout and tax details you give us so we can pay you. Buyers see your public handle, shop name, bio and designs; they do not see your email, earnings or payout details.

Approved artwork and your chosen public creator name are visible to shoppers. Pending or rejected uploads are not listed in the public gallery. Artwork access is checked by the server on every request. Retired, suspended, pending and rejected uploads are visible only to the uploader and local owner. Production and accounting records for accepted orders can be retained separately when necessary.

The current local preview stores passwords as salted password hashes, server-managed sessions, artwork and order references in a private database on this computer. It does not connect to Shopify or Supabase, and it does not take payment. The owner controls backups and access to this computer. If external hosting, email, payment or production providers are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe their processing. We do not use creator signup as consent to unrelated marketing. If an optional newsletter is offered, its consent is separate. We do not sell creator account details for advertising.

You can request access, correction, design retirement, creator-program account closure, or deletion at admin@born2flex.com. We may need to verify your request. We retain data for program operation, legitimate security/rights disputes, and legally required accounting periods; we limit or delete information that is no longer needed. Deletion requests are handled by the local owner after verifying control of the account. Artwork retirement is also available in your dashboard.

The creator reward program is for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit children's personal information or artwork depicting a child without required rights and consent. If we learn that an ineligible minor has joined, we will restrict participation and address the account information.

Your browser may store a signed-in creator session and your design bag to provide account and design functionality. Those are separate from optional advertising or analytics cookies. Do not use a shared device without signing out. We update this notice when data practices materially change and provide appropriate notice where required by law. Your statutory privacy rights remain available.

Private wardrobe

When you save a design while signed into the local prototype, its garment, colour, size, name, font, thread, artwork and placement settings are saved privately with your account. Your wardrobe also displays paid or fulfilled order items and your own shop designs. Your preferred cinematic piece and preview side are saved with your account. Choosing a piece for your reveal does not change or publish your order. Guest wardrobe designs are saved only in the browser in which you made them. Signing in does not automatically upload those browser designs. You can remove private saved designs or clear the featured selection in Your wardrobe. Order records remain subject to the retention provisions in this notice.
