Custom orders on Born2Flex

Born2Flex is operated by Trustlane LLC, Montana, United States. Contact: admin@born2flex.com. Updated: 1 November 2026.

Review the garment, colour, size, text, font, artwork, physical dimensions and decorated sides before paying. The saved design is attached to your order. Printed icons and embroidered text use different production methods. Product imagery and photo mockups illustrate fit and placement; production begins after artwork review.

By submitting artwork for your own order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it on merchandise. You authorize us and the manufacturer handling your order to use that artwork to review, produce and support your purchase. You retain the rights you hold in your artwork. Your private order upload is not offered for sale to other customers.

Do not upload unauthorized copyrighted characters, trademarks, copied designs, images of people without necessary permissions, unlawful content or content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may request permission evidence or decline artwork that cannot be produced appropriately. If there is a problem with your design or an order needs to change, contact us before production. Contact us about cancellation, refund or order-support requests; nothing here excludes mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Stripe processes payment. Saving a design or opening checkout does not itself confirm payment. Your order is marked paid only after verified Stripe confirmation. Unpriced garments and destinations need a quote before payment. See our Privacy Notice for information about private design files and payment data.

Separate creator-program prototype

The following creator-program terms concern the separate local prototype. Seller accounts, public creator uploads and creator rewards are not enabled on this website.

Born2Flex Creator Terms

Operator: Trustlane LLC, Montana, United States. Contact: admin@born2flex.com.

Effective version: 2026-10-10. These terms apply to the Born2Flex creator program and uploaded sidekick artwork. Store checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights also apply to purchases.

1. Who can participate

Creators must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and use a password-protected account. Your public creator name must not impersonate another person, business, or Born2Flex staff. Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. A creator account does not create an employment, agency, or business partnership with Trustlane LLC.

2. Your artwork and permissions

You retain ownership of rights you actually hold in your artwork. Before every upload, you confirm that you created the artwork or hold a written license allowing its reproduction, public display, commercial merchandise sale, editing for production, and sublicensing to our manufacturers. A license for personal use, an image found online, or payment for an image alone is not sufficient. You must also have necessary permissions for trademarks, recognizable people, publicity rights, and any third-party elements.

Do not upload unauthorized characters, logos, celebrity images, copied designs, misleading artwork, unlawful material, exploitation or sexual content involving minors, hate content, or material that infringes another person's rights. Disclose AI assistance when applicable; using an AI tool does not establish ownership or permission for protected elements. We may request source files, license documents, or other permission evidence. Approval is not a legal determination that your design is clear of all third-party rights.

3. Permission to operate the program

For submitted artwork, you grant Trustlane LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, display, market, resize, prepare for printing, and sell the artwork on Born2Flex merchandise, and to sublicense those uses to service providers and manufacturers solely to operate Born2Flex. You also permit use of your public creator name for attribution. We will not sell your artwork as an unrelated stock-art license under this agreement.

You may request retirement of a design. After retirement we will stop making it available for new customer designs as soon as reasonably practicable. The license continues only as needed to fulfill and support orders accepted before retirement, administer returns, keep legally required records, and maintain existing customer order records. Tell us immediately if your permission to use third-party material ends. Material subject to a credible rights dispute may be removed sooner, including from production.

4. Review and public display

Uploads are private pending review. We may approve, reject, limit, or remove designs for rights concerns, print quality, safety, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these terms. We may ask for changes before approval. Approved designs show your public creator name, such as “by @yourname”; your account email is not public attribution. Printing can differ from a screen because of fabric, ink, scale, lighting, and production limits. We do not promise any sales or a particular earnings amount.

5. The $1 creator reward

An eligible sale is a genuine, paid Born2Flex Signature Tee order that uses an approved creator design with valid server-recorded attribution. The creator receives USD $1.00 in store credit per eligible tee unit. Several designs from the same creator on one tee earn that creator one reward; designs by different creators can each earn their creator one reward on that tee. Other garment types are excluded unless we expressly expand the program.

Rewards first appear as pending. They become available after the order is fulfilled and a 30-day review period has passed, subject to payment, refund, rights, and fraud checks. Test, unpaid, canceled, fully discounted, refunded, fraudulent, chargeback, or creator self-purchase orders do not earn rewards. A full refund reverses the related reward. Partial returns require merchant review before an adjustment; partial-refund automation is not active in the local preview. Rewards already issued for an ineligible unit can be reversed or offset against future rewards, to the extent permitted by law; we will explain a material adjustment. We do not silently remove valid earned rewards because the program changes.

Store credit is a promotional purchase credit for eligible Born2Flex purchases, not cash, wages, a bank deposit, or an investment. It is non-transferable, is linked to your signed-in account, and has no cash withdrawal feature except where law requires otherwise. We do not impose an expiry on issued creator credit. Born2Flex account sign-in is required to redeem it, and checkout restrictions, shipping, taxes, and published promotion rules still apply. We will not charge a fee to receive a creator reward. You are responsible for taxes that legally apply to you.

5A. Selling your own designs

You can save a design you make in the Born2Flex studio and offer it for sale at a price you choose. Before you publish, we show the Born2Flex price for that design: the garment, any printed icons and the $2.99 name stitch. Your price must be at least the Born2Flex price. The difference is your profit for each piece sold. Larger sizes that cost more to make are shown to buyers at a higher price, and your profit per piece stays the same. Shipping and taxes are added at checkout and are not part of your profit.

Buyers can choose the garment colour and size. Everything else is made as you designed it. Each design gets a six-character code and a link, and you get a shop page showing your public handle, shop name and bio. You can change your price, hide a design or put it back on sale at any time. Changes apply to new orders only. If our costs for a garment change, the Born2Flex price may change; your profit per piece does not change unless you change your price.

Your profit is recorded when an order is paid. It shows as on the way until the order has been delivered and a 30-day review period has passed, and then becomes payable. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent and chargeback orders do not earn a profit, and a refund reverses the related profit. You do not pay your own profit when you buy your own design. Born2Flex promotions, such as FLEX10, come off the Born2Flex part of the price and never reduce your profit.

We send payable profit to you by PayPal or bank transfer and record each payout, with its reference, in your shop dashboard. Before paying you, we may ask for the payment and tax details we are required to collect, such as a U.S. Form W-9 or W-8BEN. Your profit is a payment for sales of your design, not wages, and you are responsible for the taxes that apply to you. We may remove a design from sale for a rights concern, a quality or production problem, or a breach of these terms. We will tell you why in your dashboard.

6. Honest promotion

If you promote a design that can earn you money or credit, clearly disclose the connection close to the promotion, for example: “This is my design. I earn from each one sold on Born2Flex.” or “I earn $1 Born2Flex store credit when an eligible tee uses my design.” Do not make unsupported claims, conceal the reward, spam people, manipulate orders, or promise discounts that are not active. A share link or creator code identifies artwork; it does not automatically create a buyer discount.

7. Copyright reports and repeat infringement

Report a concern to admin@born2flex.com or use the site's copyright-report form. Include your contact information, the original work, the specific Born2Flex design or URL, why you believe use is unauthorized, any relevant supporting information, and your signature. We may request the statements and other information required for a formal statutory notice. We will review reports promptly, may disable a disputed design while reviewing it, and may contact the uploader for evidence or a response. We terminate creator participation for repeat infringement in appropriate circumstances.

Where a valid U.S. DMCA notice and counter-notice process applies, we follow the applicable statutory procedure, including required forwarding and waiting periods, rather than promising immediate automatic restoration. The site does not represent that Trustlane LLC has registered a designated DMCA agent or qualifies for a safe harbor merely because this policy exists. Formal designated-agent details must be published once registered.

8. Responsibility, claims, and limits

You are responsible for your uploads and representations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse Trustlane LLC for reasonable losses and third-party claim costs caused by your knowing infringement, fraud, or material breach of the artwork-permission promises. We will give reasonable notice of a claim, allow reasonable cooperation, and will not bind you to an admission or settlement requiring your payment without your agreement. This provision does not excuse our own unlawful conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, the creator service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, sales, or income. Neither party is liable under these creator terms for remote or unforeseeable consequential losses. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that law prohibits limiting, or your right to properly earned rewards. Nothing removes a consumer's non-waivable statutory rights, remedies, or guarantees. These terms do not provide immunity from copyright, trademark, privacy, product, or consumer claims.

9. Privacy, suspension, and changes

We process account details, artwork, permission confirmations, review records, and reward/order references to operate the program, prevent abuse, and resolve rights claims. Public information is limited to approved artwork and public creator attribution. The local preview stores account, upload and reward records on this computer. When online hosting, payment or production providers are connected, they receive only information needed for their roles. See our Creator Privacy Notice for details and contact admin@born2flex.com for access, correction, retirement, or deletion requests. Some accounting, fraud, and dispute records must be retained as law requires.

We may suspend participation for a serious breach, credible rights concern, or security/fraud issue, and will provide a way to contact us about a decision. Material program changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice; they do not retroactively cancel valid accrued rewards. You must accept a new version when material upload-license or reward terms change. If the program ends, valid available credit remains governed by the applicable redemption terms and law.

10. Governing law and contact

Montana law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these creator terms, except where mandatory law gives you different protections or forum rights. Contact Trustlane LLC at admin@born2flex.com to try to resolve a dispute first. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right that cannot legally be waived. Any unenforceable provision is limited or severed without invalidating the rest of the agreement.

By submitting artwork, you affirmatively accept this identified version of the Creator Terms and the Creator Privacy Notice and confirm your age and artwork permissions. General marketing consent is separate and optional.

11. Current local preview

This website currently runs locally with payments disabled. Submitting a review order is not a purchase, does not start production, and earns no creator reward. Review estimates exclude unconfirmed taxes and duties. The FLEX10 promotion offers 10% off garments and printed icons on the first paid order per account; shipping is excluded, and it can combine with valid available creator credit. Its redemption is checked by the server. Available creator credit applies to merchandise only, cannot make a cash withdrawal, and is never earned from test or unpaid orders. Artwork permissions and account rules apply during the preview. Email verification and password-reset email delivery are not currently enabled.
